Polyacrylamide (PAM for short) is a linear high molecular polymer, which is easily soluble in water. Its aqueous solution is almost transparent and viscous liquid, which is non dangerous, non-toxic and non corrosive. Solid PAM has hygroscopicity, flocculation, adhesion, resistance reduction, thickening and good stability.

Cationic polyacrylamide
1. Cationic polyacrylamide is electropositive in acidic or alkaline media, and its molecular weight is usually lower than that of anionic or non-ionic polyacrylamide. Its performance of purifying sewage is mainly obtained through charge neutralization. The function of this kind of flocculant is mainly to flocculate with negative charge, with turbidity removal and decolorization functions. In the wastewater treatment of alcohol factory, monosodium glutamate factory, sugar factory, meat product factory, beverage factory, printing and dyeing factory, the effect of using cationic polyacrylamide is several times or dozens of times higher than that of using anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salt, because this kind of wastewater generally carries a negative charge. At present, the use of water-soluble azo initiator AIBA has been able to increase its molecular weight to more than 10 million.
2. Cationic polyacrylamide is suitable for high-speed centrifuges, belt filter presses, plate and frame filter presses and other special sludge dewatering machines. It has the characteristics of fast floc formation, coarse floc, good resistance to extrusion and shearing, good clustering, and easy to peel off from the filter cloth. Therefore, the dehydration rate is high, the liquid content of filter cake is low, and the consumption is small, which can greatly reduce the use cost of users. It can also be used to separate and purify the suspended substances contained in hydrochloric acid, medium concentration sulfuric acid and other liquids. Therefore, this product is widely used for sludge dewatering treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, breweries, food plants, tanneries, paper mills, petrochemical plants, oil fields, metallurgy, chemical industries and cosmetics.
packing:
The product is made of paper plastic composite bags (lined with polyethylene film bags), with a net content of 25kg per bag. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent leakage. It shall not be transported and stored with toxic and perishable articles (storage period: three years).
