The bundle monofilament polypropylene anti crack engineering fiber products produced by our company are manufactured by hot extrusion of pure polypropylene particles in a continuous process. The fiber is made of modified masterbatch added to polypropylene chips for blending, spinning and stretching, and is used as an engineering fiber for crack resistance and seepage prevention of mortar concrete. The fiber has been treated with special anti-static and anti ultraviolet treatment, so that the fiber is evenly dispersed in the concrete and can play its role for a long time. The "Y" section of the fiber increases the surface area of the fiber. After chemical grafting and physical modification, the fiber has a rough and porous surface, which greatly improves the binding force between the fiber and the cement base material. When monofilament polypropylene fiber is added into the concrete base material, it can be quickly and easily mixed evenly with the mortar concrete material. Because of the fine fiber and large specific surface area, there are nearly 20 fibers per 1cm3 of concrete, so a random support system can be formed inside the concrete, which can effectively control the generation and development of early plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage and other non structural cracks of concrete and cement mortar, effectively prevent aggregate segregation, and prevent the formation of settlement cracks

Greatly improve the crack resistance of concrete/mortar
In concrete/mortar, the random distribution form of fiber can greatly weaken the plastic shrinkage of concrete/mortar and the stress during freezing and thawing, and the energy of shrinkage can be distributed to tens of millions of fiber monofilaments with high tensile strength and relatively low weak modulus per cubic meter, thus effectively enhancing the toughness of concrete/mortar and inhibiting the generation and development of micro cracks. 6. Proportioning design: fiber reinforcement is a physical process, not a chemical process. There is no need to increase the water volume or change the proportion of ingredients in the concrete proportion.
7. Curing: after adding fiber, there is no special curing requirement, and only the original specification needs to be followed.
8. Surface treatment: the addition of fiber will not affect any treatment and coating of concrete surface.

Precautions:
1. It can not be replaced or used as structural reinforcement material, and can only play an auxiliary role in reinforcement.
2. It cannot be used alone to solve settlement and crack resistance under strong external impact.
3. The size of the main structure shall not be reduced due to the use of crack resistant fibers.
4. It is not allowed to use crack resistant fiber without following the relevant national regulations and practices for construction and maintenance.
