Performance and application:

Composite material: It can improve the thermal stability and surface finish of composite material, increase the filling amount of filler, reduce the amount of resin, and reduce the cost. Applicable materials include PPPE, rubber, etc.


Inorganic filler: surface treatment is applicable to the treatment of calcium carbonate, kaolin and other inorganic fillers to increase the hydrophobicity and dispersion of fillers, improve the mechanical strength of products and reduce water absorption.


Rubber: NDZ-130 is used to treat kaolin filled rubber to increase the tear strength and tensile strength of rubber, which can replace part of white carbon black.

packaging and storage:

The packaged finished products are packed in 5KG, 10KG and 20KG plastic drums, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is one year. Pay attention to moisture-proof. When the temperature exceeds 35 ℃, there will be bonding phenomenon, which will not affect the use effect.
