Silicone release agent is a water lotion release agent specially designed for rubber and EVA foaming

1、 Features:
Strong demoulding force, no scale on the mold, smooth and clean product surface, odorless and non-toxic. Compared with other emulsion type demoulding agents, silicone demoulding agents have better stability and product appearance.

2、 Physical characteristics: body view milky white emulsion liquid

Ingredients Water soluble silicone lotion
Solid content 30%
Specific gravity 1.0

3、 Usage
1. Before use, generally use 1-3 times of tap water to dilute, and the specific dilution ratio should be determined according to the complexity of the product and the actual situation.

2. Do not add any other additives to the concentrate except water.

3. Spray release agent 3-5 times on the pre treated or cleaned mold at normal processing temperature to ensure uniform mold release.

4. The mold can be demoulded 3-5 times for each spraying.

4、 Storage:

Please close the bucket after use. The diluted lotion should be used up within three days. Please put the bucket in a cool place.

5、 Packaging:

Packed in 25kg and 50kg plastic drums
